I cannot tell you how much easier Edie Sotor made our lives

Edie Sotor was the best realtor we could have ever wished for. In order for me to explain how much she helped us, I need to give a little history about our family.   My mom and dad were married in 1956 and raised 5 children in Baton Rouge.  As we have all grown older and those from the “Greatest Generation” in our family are slowly passing away – we were faced with the task of selling both of my uncles homes when they passed.  Edie Sotor jumped right in and helped us get the houses in shape so we were able to get them sold right away.  She goes above and beyond to help the seller know what needs to be done to make the house more attractive to buyers.  It was a tremendous undertaking but with her help we were able to sell them both within a few months.   My father passed away in 2018 and as my mom grew older and with the onset of Covid, she decided she wanted to live with my sister but the homes they lived in were not big enough to combine two families things.  They needed a large enough house so they can both have their own spaces but also a place where they can spend time together.  Mrs. Sotor was able to find them a larger home in a great neighborhood in a matter of weeks.   That left us two houses to sell with most of their belongings remaining.  Again Edie Sotor got busy and helped us have an estate sale, helped us get the houses cleaned up, made a few repairs to make it more attractive to sell and as of yesterday we were able to sell the last one.

I cannot tell you how much easier Edie Sotor made our lives as we were condensing, selling things and homes.  In the last 4 years, she sold 4 houses in our family and helped us buy one.  There aren’t enough words to say how wonderful she was during this entire process.  Selling one house is stressful enough but selling four and buying one would have been a nightmare without her.
Thank you Edie Sotor for helping us sell and buy homes…but also for helping us not to lose our minds in the process.
